The Villa is spacious and bright, with four bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room and dining area, a terrace with a pool and water views.

Three bedrooms have their own bathroom and wardrobe, comfortable beds and solid furniture.

The children's bedroom has a large four-bed double level bed, which allows children with a nanny or teenagers to sleep in one room, which is very convenient for both children and parents.

The windows of this bedroom face the opposite side of the terrace and, if the parents decide to have a party, they will not be disturbed by noise.

The house has a service room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, the floors and work surfaces are made of beautiful marble, the refrigerator is huge and can accommodate food and drinks for a large family or company.

Cleaning twice a week and daily cleaning of the pool are included in the rental price of the villa.

It is about 20 minutes of pleasure walking to the city center with restaurants and shops, but nearby there is a very picturesque lagoon, which has almost no waves and an open cenote with cool water.

For convenient transportation to the city center, you can rent an electric or petrol golf cart.

If desired, the services of a cook, waiters, bartender, nanny, driver and other staff are available.

It is possible to arrange delivery of drinks and food from a supermarket or market, for +20% of the cost of products.

The rental price is per week, in low season, and may vary in both directions depending on the season of the year, the number of guests and the rental period.
