Casa Colibri, as well as Casa Dunia, Casa Cenzotle, Casa Chic and Studio Perico is located on the territory of Rancho San Erick, on the 10-th kilometer of the Tulum - Boca Paila road, in the shade of palm trees by the sea.
The villa consists of two bedrooms with in-suite private bathrooms, a kitchen with a living room, a roof seating area with hammocks and a terrace with a dining area and sea views.
The bedrooms have double beds that can be splited, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances and dishes, and the terrace has a table and chairs for four people.
On the territory of a large swimming pool, with sun loungers. There are sun loungers on the beach also.
The villa can accommodate up to four people, but if there are more of you, you can rent other properties on the ranch by agreement.
Upon request, there is a posibility to book the transfer to and from Cancun airport, organize tours and excursions on the Yucatan Peninsula
The rental price is per week in USD, tax-free, in low season and can change in both directions, depending on the season of the year and the rental period.
