Small precious villa with three bedrooms with a classic European style is rented in Puerto Aventuras.
 
The villa is located at the end of a quiet street in the marina and has its own dock and fishing boat, which for a small additional charge can be at your disposal. In the vicinity of Puerto Aventuras, one of the best fishing on the Riviera Maya, and given that the boat is operated by an experienced captain, who is also an angler, you have a very high chance of catching an excellent dinner!
 
In the courtyard, at the exit to the water, there is a spacious swimming pool, a shower room with a toilet, a barbecue where you can cook your morning catch, a large terrace with a dining area and a wood-burning pizza oven! On your order, in this oven, an experienced pizza maker will hold a master class on cooking real Italian pizza. Or you can practice cooking yourself.
 
The ground floor of the villa is a large kitchen with utility rooms and laundry room, living room with dining area, play area with TV and guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, appliances and supplies. If you didn’t find something or it wasn’t enough, then we will fill this gap and deliver the necessary item. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with comfortable large beds with orthopedic mattresses, ceiling fans, air conditioning, three bathrooms with toilets, a work area with office equipment. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, bed linen and towels.
 
The villa is allowed to live with animals and organize small parties, with quiet guests.
The cost of living includes the work of a maid, pool cleaner, gardener. For an additional fee, we will provide a chef, waiters, bartender, nanny, driver, security guard and any other staff you wish.
