The living room has a large TV with sound system connected to Netflix, a game console with a set of games, a DVD player with a huge collection of movies and TV shows, sofas and a dining area for six. On the spacious terrace there is a small table with armchairs, a gas grill, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a new four-stairs building with an elevator. In total, the house has 10 apartments with two bedrooms, three of which are rented for short-term rent, the rest are occupied by owners or tenants. On the roof of the building there is a common recreation area with a swimming pool, sun loungers, shower, toilet, bar counter and working kitchen area with sink, barbecue and sofas with pillows. The rooftop offers magnificent views of the golf courses, city center and the sea.
The Villas Las Palmas II condominium is located on a quiet street with little to no traffic, at the very end, between the golf courses. In ten minutes of a leisurely step there are - a beach with a beach club and a bar, restaurants, shops, a dolphinarium, tennis courts, a gym.
The maximum number of guests is 4 persons, including children.
