VILLA BELLAMAR is located in a picturesque quiet location on the Caribbean coast of Mexico, one hundred kilometers from the Cancun International Airport.

This is a quiet area with private villas and small condominiums, where the leisurely life of vacationers who want to live in silence away from the crowds of tourists and noisy night clubs flows.

Nearby are the famous turtle beaches of Akumal, the Kaleta Yalku which is the open-water cenote, and the historic and natural attractions of the Riviera Maya within an hour drive.

If you love the clubs activities, the famous clubs and restaurants on the beaches of Tulum are just fifteen minutes driving. It is a half-hour drive from Playa del Carmen, from where the ferry goes to the famous beach of El Cielo in Cozumel where you can snorkel and admire the sea stars and other inhabitants of the sea.

The villa has 13 bedrooms, furnished and finished at the highest standard, with beautiful views of its own huge pool, beach and turquoise Caribbean Sea.

Each bedroom can accommodate 3 adults or two adults and a child, so it can be an ideal place for retreats and trainings, special and festive events, weddings and anniversaries, as well as holidays for a large company and a large family.

A spacious living room with kitchen and dining area occupies most of the ground floor, and the terrace serves as a continuation of the room and creates the impression of a single space.

The kitchen is more than fully equipped, and all kinds of household appliances which might be needed for the most demanding and discerning chefs are available here.

On the roof there is a lounge area with sofas and an outdoor area. This is a great place to meet the sunrise and to practice gymnastics or yoga.

In the courtyard, by the pool, there is a gazebo with a small dining area and sofas, on the roof of the gazebo there is an open observation deck with a Jacuzzi for a small company. Sun loungers with shady palm trees are arranged along the pool.

There are also sun loungers on the beach, and several canoes are available to explore the nearby beaches and coral reefs.

A maid service and a pool cleaner are included in the rental price. Pets are allowed, smoking is allowed on site. If necessary, the services of a chef, waiters, bartender, nanny and other staff can be provided.

The rental price is per week, in low season and can vary in any direction, depending on the season of the year, the rental period and the number of guests.
