If desired, you will be provided with qualified staff: cook, waiters, bartender, etc.

The entire territory of the residence is protected, so you will not be disturbed by outsiders who you did not invite.

A short walk along the beach is Fifth Avenue, a well-known pedestrian street that is full of tourist shops and souvenir shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, shopping centers and mono-branded clothing, cosmetics and jewelry stores.

Within a radius of several kilometers there are many tourist places and attractions that are mandatory to visit.
