VILLA NAUTICA is one of the few four-bedroom villas located on the beach of Fatima Bay, on the Caribbean coast of Mexico.

The majority of villas are haciendas for large companies and events, with five or more bedrooms, among which VILLA NAUTICA stands out for its intimacy and small size, for a small and close company or for a single family.

The Villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street in a secure residence, right on the beach and offers spectacular views of the sea and bays.

Entering the villa, you will immediately find yourself in a luxurious living room with a dining area and kitchen. The terrace is also equipped for a comfortable stay, eating outdoors or swimming in the jacuzzi while enjoying the stunning views. It also has a grill and a working surface for cutting and cooking food.

The pool is located between the villa and the beach, and here, on a makeshift deck, there are sun loungers, stationary umbrellas and "parked" canoes.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you need something special, the staff will make sure that it is delivered and installed.

The bedrooms are luxurious and spacious, not cluttered with unnecessary items, and the furniture is made of natural and expensive materials.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

On the roof, the house has a lounge area with sofas, loungers and a breakfast bar. From here, the view is even more incredible and breathtaking. This is the perfect place to meet the sunrises and sunsets.

A cook, breakfast and lunch service, maid and concierge service are included in the rental price. Additional staff may be available if necessary.

The rental price is per week, in low season and can vary in any direction, depending on the season of the year, the rental period and the number of guests.
