This villa is fully equipped and furnished with high-quality furniture made from natural materials by the famous craftsmen.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of them has an entrance from the pool terrace.

On the ground floor, in addition to the bedrooms, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen, while the dining room is located on the terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

On the second floor there is a third bedroom with a bathroom and a large outdoor terrace with a jacuzzi, shower and sofas.

The villa has a private pool and a its own small garden.

Each villa in the Chac Bolay residence is quite autonomous and isolated from neighbors and outsiders.

The entire residence is under round-the-clock security, every day there is an administrator on site who, if necessary, will help and answer any question. The pools are being cleaned daily.

Before each guests arrival, the villa is being completely disinfected and cleaned, ensuring complete cleanliness and hygiene of the whole property, as well as the complete destruction of any microorganisms and viruses, including Covid-19.

From the villa to the beach, it is no more than 10-15 minutes by car, and to the city center it is just a few minutes walking. Tulum is well known due to its beach and night clubs, so within a 10-minute drive you can find any kind of entertainment you want.
